Daily auto-populate
True daily invariants (AG1, the same shake) can log themselves: tick a frequent, set its time and portion, and it is inserted once per day at-or-after that time on first app open — marked AUTO, one-tap removable, never backfilled to past days. Nothing is enrolled unless you tick it.
